We’re kicking off the New Year with NRF 2023 where we’ll be showcasing checkout-free shopping with our demo store at partner, Fujitsu’s, booth (#4803). We’ll also be revealing findings from a new survey of consumers and retailers that shows just how important the pathway to automation has become.
NRF 2023 is fittingly themed “Break Through” and we’ve seen the retail industry transform to fit and serve a changing population over the last few years. Frictionless retail technology opens up revenue opportunities for our customers as well as delivering operational efficiencies that are key in tough labor markets. Retailers are able to remove friction to enable connection, and pushing clunky technology to the background to provide the best shopping experience.
Checkout-free shopping is here to stay. At Zippin alone, we have now served over 1.3 million people in a Zippin-powered store and saved 230,000+ hours of waiting in line.
